Jodi has been part of the construction and design industry since 1997, building a career from the ground up—quite literally. Her experience has included hanging siding, laying roofing, lawn maintenance and landscaping, as well as working for surveying and engineering firms. She later moved into residential drafting and design for a large tract builder before taking the leap and founding Crosby Creations Home Designs in 2008.

That wide range of hands-on experience gives Jodi a unique perspective when it comes to home design. She understands that a great set of plans needs to be more than beautiful—it needs to make sense in the field, work for the people building it, and ultimately create a home that fits the way her clients want to live.

Outside of work, Jodi is a proud mom of two and MeeMaw to one perfect little boy. When she’s not designing homes, you can usually find her offshore fishing, boating, working in the garden, or getting creative with a new craft project.

Toni joined Crosby Creations Home Designs in 2018 after earning her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Clemson University. With a background in client relations and problem solving dating back to 2004, she brings a thoughtful, practical approach to every project.

Since joining the team, Toni has designed hundreds of renovations and additions and has quickly become a client favorite. Homeowners especially appreciate her ability to find creative solutions while keeping construction costs and real-world feasibility in mind. Her focus on practicality and value engineering helps clients make the most of their homes, their wish lists, and their budgets.

As Lead Renovation & Addition Designer, Toni has a knack for seeing the potential in an existing home and figuring out how to make it work better for the people living in it.

Outside of work, Toni is a mom of two who enjoys hiking, reading, and playing games with her family.

Jessica has been working in customer service since 2006 and joined the design industry in 2018. She previously served as Office Manager at Crosby Creations Home Designs, but it quickly became clear that one of her greatest strengths was helping clients navigate the stock plan selection process. Her ability to listen, understand what clients are looking for, and guide them toward the right plan made her a natural fit for her current role as our Stock Plan Specialist.

But Jessica isn’t stopping there. She’s working hard to learn our design software with her sights set on continuing to grow into a designer role in the future.

Like many of us at Crosby Creations, Jessica wears more than one hat. She also serves as site assistant to Lead Designer Toni Johnson, so if you’re working with us on a renovation or addition, there’s a good chance Jessica will be part of the team meeting you on-site, taking measurements, gathering information, and helping get your project started on the right foot.

Outside of work, Jessica is a mom of three who loves reading, cooking and spending time with her large extended family. And if she ever manages to find that elusive thing called “free time,” she hopes to get into crafty home DIY projects, too.

Pam brings decades of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and administrative support to Crosby Creations Home Designs. She has worked in customer service since 1986, in bookkeeping since 1989, and has provided administrative support for a variety of companies since 2009. Her experience, organization, and friendly approach help keep the office running smoothly and make the design process easier for our clients from the very first phone call.

Outside of the office, Pam is a proud mom of four and grandmother of five. She loves spending time boating, enjoying the outdoors, and relaxing with a good book.
