We have 100's of stock plans, they are not all available on this site. If you would like a detailed search conducted, fill out a project intake form.

Some of our stock plans have zip code exclusions due to the original plan's contract.

We reserve the right not to sell a plan that has already been built within the same neighborhood.

The purchase of a stock plan does not include the engineering plans.

Modifications can be made on a case by case basis. Based on an hourly rate. Please reach out for more details.

Sample plan sets may be provided for a $50 nonrefundable deposit.
